Is this designed for use with infants or toddlers directly in it?
No — "Baby" is branding only, not a product designed for infant/toddler use.
What's the difference between Shady Baby and Shade Shack?
Shade Shack is the larger of the two — 245" × 104" versus Shady Baby's 197" × 56" — built for bigger groups. Both share the same pump-inflated design, setup process, and warranty. Spec parity beyond size and price is still pending client confirmation.
How windy is too windy?
The frame is rated stable up to 20 mph. Supports up to 10 PSI of inflation for added stability in higher winds — 7 PSI is the recommended everyday setting.
Does it work on sand, grass, or pavement?
Anchors with the included ground stakes on sand or grass. Pavement / hard-surface anchoring method is pending client confirmation (e.g. whether optional sandbags are recommended for this).
Do I need my own pump?
No — a manual hand pump is included.
How do I clean it?

How do I store it?
Deflate fully via the air valve, fold the frame inward on each side, fold again until compact, and pack the pump and canopy into the included carry bag.
What's your warranty?
Lifetime warranty, excluding punctures or tears from sharp objects.
